New England’s latest dousing of rain dropped a very widespread 1-3 inches, with some communities seeing nearly 5 inches. This led to yet another round of flooding and road damage. There were also a few severe thunderstorms and a tornado in Worcester County, Massachusetts. With all that said, here are the final numbers:
